Alicia Fieldgate

Hi, I’m Alicia Fieldgate, and I’ve been working in childcare since 2014. I started as a trainee and worked my way up to management, where I’ve spent the past 7 years supporting children, families, and teams with care and compassion. As a mum to three beautiful children, I understand just how much trust it takes to leave your little ones in someone else’s hands. That’s why I’m so passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for every child. When I’m not working, you’ll find me making memories with my own family—we love spending quality time together, and that love and connection are at the heart of everything I do.
